under which memory associated with a specific user remains accurate,
continuous, contextualized, accountable, retrievable, governable,
and operationally valid throughout interactions, personalization processes,
learning activities, and long-term Human-AI relationships.
UMIS governs user memory.
The standard establishes the integrity conditions required for preserving
user-related memory across time while maintaining trust, contextual accuracy,
accountability, continuity, and governance validity.
User memory is not merely stored user data.
User memory is the persistent representation of user-related context,
preferences, history, intent, relationships, and interaction continuity.
AMIS governs the integrity of that representation.
